We are happy to announce that the Baby Ju Jitsu lessons will start on Saturday 7 of April.
For those wondering what is a baby ju jitsu lesson we would like to explain.
To begin with, the age group is starting from 3 years old until maximum 5 years old. Why? We already teach children from different ages but for our little ones the lessons are planned specially to they're size and the amount of focus that they can sustain for a certain period of time.
Smaller kids loose focus much easier and they need more attention, so the lesson is full with age appropriated games and activities that will teach them Ju Jitsu with a fun way. Also the lesson is shorter, 45 minutes is more than enough for this age group.
It's also important that the children learn from a young age to have discipline and respect. We make sure that our students of any age will be aware of both. Ju Jitsu is also a great sport to help on social skills, motor coordination, confidence and much more.
Most important, we want to see them learning, growing in our sport and having a good time.
The lessons will be every Saturday and the first lesson is FREE, everyone is welcome to bring they're kids to try. If you have any questions, please send us an email.

From the 14th of April the Baby Ju Jitsu lessons will take place on a new location: Monseigneur Nolensplein 1, Breda (gymzaal Huis van de Heuvel) from 11:15 to 12h and free parking is available.
